Fair Market Value

Apple products retain a high value over time, and AFS can build in residual value up front to provide low payments through a Fair Market Value solution. In addition to offering lower payments, this option provides the flexibility to defer your ownership decision until the end of term.

Easy Return

At the maturity of the agreed lease period, you can choose to extend on a monthly basis, to use the included Easy Return service with prepaid packaging, or to purchase the devices to retain ownership. Where customers are upgrading to new Apple technology, AFS allows a 30-day grace period at zero cost for return of the customer’s existing fleet. This allows a smooth transition, where new devices can be delivered prior to old devices being returned, ensuring users are not left without a device and a more relaxed workflow for your IT team.

Take advantage of deferred payment on any AFS option. Also, many of our customers have chosen to structure their payments on a quarterly or annual frequency to unlock even greater savings. Should you choose to lease or finance through Apple Financial Services (AFS), this proposal: (a) is subject to final credit approval and the delivery of executed documents (in form and substance satisfactory to AFS); and (b) is not a statement of all terms and conditions of any agreement. Upfront payment calculations shown are for a period of device usage over 36 months, after which devices shall be returned. Should a return not occur, a Fair Market Value payout amount will apply. Trade in Offer Terms • A single collection will be performed within standard business hours (between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) • The collection location is within 60km of a state or territory capital CBD • Pricing is based on a minimum collection quantity of 20 assets per visit to site • Customer will ensure assets are packaged suitably for transport and in a single, accessible location in preparation for collection • Asset purchase pricing is based on assets being in grade A condition • If assets are found to be faulty, damaged or missing components asset purchase pricing will be adjusted accordingly • Asset purchase pricing is valid until 31st July 2024, based on the date of collection • Assets collected after the validity date will incur a monthly reduction of 5% • Synnex Australia requires at least 5 business days' notice with correct site access and contact information in order to arrange collection • Customer will remove all bios passwords, remote management and/or iTunes accounts so devices are not locked. If bios passwords are provided by the time of collection, Synnex Australia can remove during inspection • If Synnex Australia is delayed in its ability to resell devices due to locks, delayed approval or another reason outside of its control, causing devaluation in asset value, the purchase price might be impacted • Pricing is in AUD and exclusive of GST • Assets are coming from a working environment and will be suitable for buyback • Windows-based laptops are based on asset being Microsoft, Dell, HP or Lenovo branded
