On-site Hardware Service

Onsite service coverage is available for two, three or four year from the date of your product purchase. You will also get to choose what service you would like to receive whether that is onsite service at your business location, which can be organised for the Next Working Day or you can receive support any of Apple's Authorised Service Providers across Apple's worldwide Network.

Device Repair or Replacement

AppleCare for Enterprise can cover accidental damage to devices. Apple aims to repair or replace the device by the Next working Day but they can sometimes offer a same day service. Additionally, Apple can repair up to 4% of covered Macs, or up to 10% of covered iPad or iPhone devices, at no extra cost.

AppleCare for Enterprise can help reduce the load on your internal help desk by providing unlimited technical support for your end users over the phone, 24/7. Apple will provide technical support for Apple hardware and operating systems; Apple apps such as Keynote, Pages and Numbers; and personal accounts or settings.
