Synnex Australia launches a new distribution agreement with Google Workspace for Education

15 March 2021 - Synnex Australia has added Google Workspace for Education into it’s cloud portfolio following a new distribution agreement with Google Workspace in December 2020.

Google Workspace for Education offers an integrated suite of cloud solutions elevating education with simple, flexible, and secure tools. Synnex will activate partners with an education channel program to provide scalable solutions and new opportunities.

Google Workspace for Education now offers four editions, with Education Fundamentals available to all qualifying institutions at no cost. For channel partners that want to provide more premium features, Google also offers paid editions including Education Standard, the Teaching and Learning Upgrade and Education Plus.

Google Workspace for Education offers multiple editions to meet your customers’ needs:

• Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals, formerly known as G Suite for Education, is Google’s free suite of easy-to-use tools. All the same tools you know and use just have a new name, and continue to provide a flexible and secure foundation for learning, collaboration, and communication.

• Google Workspace for Education Standard builds on Education Fundamentals to help schools proactively enhance security with the visibility and controls you need to make their digital learning environments safer using tools like the Security Dashboard, Security Health, and the Investigation tool, to name a few.

• The Teaching and Learning Upgrade builds on Education Fundamentals or Education Standard to enhance educators’ instructional impact by providing enhanced Google Meet capabilities, features to enrich class experiences, and tools that guide critical thinking and academic integrity with unlimited originality reports.

• Google Workspace for Education Plus , formerly known as G Suite Enterprise for Education, is the most comprehensive edition to help achieve a digital transformation encompassing all the capabilities of the aforementioned editions (plus more).
