Synnex Australia adds finance automation to its partner portal to empower resellers with single monthly billing capability

June 25, 2018 - Synnex Australia is taking finance solutions to another level with its new offering called Managed Services Finance. Partners can now offer hardware, CSP, cloud, licensing and professional services all under one monthly bill.

Managed Services Finance has been fully integrated into the Synnex Ecommerce Partner Portal, creating a highly automated finance approval process using API’s. Through their existing Synnex login, resellers can seamlessly create finance quotations, apply for pre-approval and manage their finance settlement statuses.

Challenges around recurring monthly subscriptions can also be addressed using the single invoice solution from Synnex”.

With automation, once the finance contract is approved, product orders can be submitted directly for fulfillment without double data entry. It also does not impact the existing partner credit terms with Synnex. Partners will enjoy extra margins on the total finance amount. This includes a finance margin on annual CSP subscriptions and professional services.

Synnex has invested heavily for the last 12 months in its partner platform to ensure easier access to finance solutions. Finance amounts can start from as little as $1,000 and terms can range from 12 to 60 months.

Michael Tea, General Manager, Ecommerce & Cloud Services said, “Finance for Hardware has been around for a very long time. The difference is that we have now accomplished finance application and approval automation through a distribution platform. To complement our finance offering, we will work with a service provider to offer a Buy Back Program on aging IT equipment”.

The Finance contract platform allows partners to track the progress of each finance application with automated status updates. Applications are tracked throughout the whole contract life cycle from open contracts to settlement and expired finance contracts. This allows partners to manage their finance renewals business by having greater visibility when their end client finance contracts are expiring 30, 60, 90 days out.
