15 July 2024 - Synnex Australia is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Rewst, a leading provider of the only Automation Platform designed for MSPs.
The partnership will enable Synnex’s partners to leverage the advanced automation capabilities of Rewst’s platform, which is purpose-built for MSPs, offering native multi-tenant functionalities and a comprehensive suite of pre-built integrations with widely used MSP tools.
Integrating Rewst’s platform with Synnex’s API will enable MSPs to automate time-consuming processes such as license procurement and reconciliation, streamlining operations, and ensuring consistent service delivery.
Kuo Yoong, Head of Cloud at Synnex, emphasised the value of this partnership. “Automating these processes will enable our MSP partners to save significant time, allowing them to focus on high-value activities and drive substantial business growth.”
Kuo further added, “Rewst’s vendor-agnostic approach to RPA allows MSPs to automate processes across their entire technology stack, including integrations with our complementary vendors like Acronis, Halo PSA, Microsoft, and Google Workspace, supporting best-of-breed environments and unlocking even more value from these tools."
The Rewst Automation Platform boasts over fifty ready-to-use integrations with widely used MSP tools, including Acronis, Datto, Duo, Google Workspace, HaloPSA, ITGlue, Kaseya, Microsoft, and OpenAI. Additionally, Rewst offers the flexibility to build custom integrations with any service that exposes an API. MSPs can then automate end-to-end processes using pre-built automation (Crates) or by designing their own custom workflows and forms.
Charlie Tomeo, CRO of Rewst, highlighted the growing demand for automation within the MSP sector. “We’re seeing strong interest in, and demand for automation solutions from MSPs in Australia and New Zealand.” He elaborated on the impact of Rewst’s platform. “Our platform supports over 900 MSPs globally in automating repetitive processes, leading to significant time savings and cost reductions. Last month alone, our platform facilitated over 90 million workflows, contributing to self-reported time savings that surpassed 386,000 hours.”
Tomeo continued, “Our partnership with Synnex will extend these benefits and advantages to a rapidly expanding market. The synergy between Synnex’s vendor portfolio and Rewst’s integration capabilities presents a compelling opportunity for MSPs to realise significant business value through automation.”
Effective immediately, MSPs can acquire Rewst through Synnex Australia. By utilising Rewst's automation platform, Synnex partners can expect substantial benefits, including decreased labour and administrative costs, improved consistency and data accuracy, enhanced client satisfaction, and increased Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and gross margins.
