Effective 24th March 2020 all pick up services are suspended until further notice.
During this challenging time, we would like to provide you with relevant information on how we are working towards mitigating the potential impact of COVID-19.
As the spread of the coronavirus remains in the forefront of the news, our top priority is to ensure we provide a working environment that is safe and without risks to the health of our channel partners and employees.
We have made some changes to how we operate to ensure we can prevent the risk of coronavirus exposure to our workplace.
Our premises have strict hygiene practices including increased frequency of cleaning and the disinfection of all contact surfaces as well as hand sanitisers deployed at various locations. All our team members have now been educated on important hygiene and prevention protocols. Where applicable, we are supporting some of our teams to work remotely from home.
We have implemented a visitor restriction to all our offices. In accordance with the recent Australian Government sanctions, if you have returned from overseas, please do not visit our premises during your 14 day mandatory self-isolation. If you have been in contact with anyone who has or knowingly been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 carrier, we would request you not to enter our premises.
Any other visitors coming onto our premises will need to have their temperature taken.
In addition, a business travel ban on all domestic and international travel are now in place. All in-person events are cancelled or postponed and where possible, will be replaced with webinars or live streaming. All non-essential meetings, where possible, will be by alternative means such as phone, email or video conference.
Our business operations will continue as normal. We remain vigilant and all decisions we make are under the guidance of the Australian Department of Health and Government. With appropriate measures and existing protocols currently in place, we continue to actively monitor the situation and implement additional measures to mitigate unnecessary risks.
Yours Sincerely,
Kee Ong
CEO, Synnex Australia
