About the Role:

As an Internal Account Manager based in our Melbourne officeyou will be responsible for maximising business and customer satisfaction through effective customer relationship building, customer service and growing existing business within a Sales team environment.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Internally based you will focus on building and developing strong relationships with key accounts
  • Customer Service and providing real-time updates to customers as required
  • Focus on delivering sales targets through cross-selling & up-selling IT-related products.
  • Outbound calls to key accounts to foster growth of accounts 
  • Analyse potential new business, market opportunities & initiating customer contact to pursue opportunities.
  • Monthly reporting 

 

 

Skills and experience

The role requires the successful candidate to have:

  • Sales account management or customer service experience.
  • Solid knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing and cloud products and services.
  • Experience in selling products such as HP, Lenovo, IBM and Microsoft; within a retail/distribution environment would be ideal.
  • Proven capability to achieve set sales targets.
