AVer and Synnex partner to provide Australian schools with comprehensive education solution

AVer Information has announced an agreement with Synnex Australia Pty Ltd, the largest ICT distributor in Australia, for the nationwide distribution of AVer’s mobile device charge carts and cabinets. By offering these products together with Synnex’s wide selection of computers, tablets, monitors and other ICT offerings, both companies can provide Australia’s schools with the best comprehensive education technology solutions possible. Cooperation will be further expanded next year with the launch of the AVer premium partner program.

AVer president Andy Hsi commented: “We are very excited to work with Synnex, and feel they are the perfect match for bringing AVer’s school-friendly device management solutions to Australia.” Synnex product director Jay Ko also expressed his enthusiasm: "We have had good interest from Apple education resellers but [the AVer cabinets] also charge Chromebooks and Surface, so we see an opportunity in a larger market."

AVer’s and Synnex Australia’s strengths make them natural partners. In the 7 years since its founding, AVer has distinguished itself with innovative education products that have helped teachers the world over adapt to a new era of digital learning. Synnex Australia is known for its excellent customer support and services and offers a variety of products that complement AVer’s charging solutions, making it a perfect fit for distributing these products.

The range of AVer products Synnex will distribute includes the S40i charge cart, for up to 40 tablets, laptops or Chromebooks; the L12i charge cabinet, for up to 12 tablets, laptops or Chromebooks; and the L16u charge cabinet for up to 16 tablets. All three boast wide slots that are ample for storing devices even with their covers, and are made with steel frames and three-point locks that ensure device safety. They are especially designed to be safe for classrooms with small children, with rounded edges encased in plastic to minimise the chance of injury. The L12i and L16u can be stacked and powered via a second charge cabinet of the same type using their daisy chain feature, making adding a second cabinet easy. The S40i and, when stacked, the L12i utilise an intelligent charging system to optimize charging time and protect against circuit overload.
