Warehouse Administrator (Logistics Team) - VIC

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with customer service and administration experience and excellent numerical and communication skills to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. We are looking for someone to join us on a permanent full-time basis in our office based in Oakleigh South, Melbourne.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to order warehouse material supplies and prepare purchase invoices
  • Customer service – including processing sales
  • General administrative duties including data entry and filing
  • Reconciliation of uncollected invoices and record all the sale and customer enquiry
  • General ledger and petty cash maintenance
  • Reporting
  • Liaising with customers and couriers regarding shipment and delivery information including lodging claims for any short shipment/damaged deliveries
  • Organising maintenance of forklift and other warehouse equipment/machinery and ensuring records are kept up to date
  • Preparing truck PODs and providing courier-related POD to internal departments as required

 

You will need to have:

  • Previous office-based or warehouse administration experience is preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer and MS Office skills; particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent work ethic and time management skills
