Presales Specialist - Microsoft - VIC

 

About this role:

As a Microsoft Presales Specialist based in our Melbourne office, you will be responsible for providing presales support and solutions, identifying customer needs while maintaining and building successful business relationships through best practice in customer service.


Key responsibilities:

Provide presales support and solutions to meet timelines.

  • Identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs within area of specialisation.
  • Provide sales support including software and service scoping, ordering and billing
  • Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Assisting sales team in the qualification of customer needs.
  • Supporting sales teams on the execution of specific sales strategies.
  • Deliver product and/or solution training internally and to customers.


You will need to possess:

 

    • Hold relevant Microsoft certifications
    • Proven Presales experience
    • Demonstrates ability to identify customer requirements and assist sales to close opportunities
    • A high level of communication, listening and presentation skills
    • Confident sales ability to build effective business relationship
    • Ability to solve practical problems effectively
