About the role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales department located in Lidcombe, Sydney. We require a dynamic Pre-sale Licensing Sales Specialist for our Microsoft Portfolio working in a full-time, permanent role.

Reporting to the Product Director and Sales Director, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide presales support and solutions to meet timelines.
  • Identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs within area of specialisation
  • Provide sales support including software and services scoping, ordering and billing
  • Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
  • Assist sales team in the qualification of customer needs
  • Respond in writing to customer requirements
  • Support sales Teams on the execution of specific sales strategies
  • Ensure that targets are achieved i.e.; weekly targets, monthly targets, quarterly targets.
  • Delivery of internal product training with the assistance of vendors to ensure that the sales department have the relevant information and knowledge.
  • Delivery of product or solution training to customers.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft products with a willingness to learn detailed licensing regulations, subscription and consumption models for different business environments
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications
  • Proven Presales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer requirements and assist sales to close the opportunity.
  • Confident sales ability and is able to build effective business relationships.
  • Ability to read, analyses, and interpret general business periodicals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
    of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Hold current driver's license and have your own vehicle (essential)
