Customer Service Officer - VIC

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with customer service and administration experience and excellent numerical and communication skills to join our Customer Service team. We are looking for someone to join us on a permanent full-time basis in our office based in Oakleigh South, Melbourne.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with enquries via telephone and email; especially in relation to handling all RA and Credit Note related enquiries and providing them with updates regarding pending claims
  • Updating of relevant databases with pending claims information and customer details
  • Processing warranty and sales returns
  • Processing credit notes for customers
  • Liaise with other departments within the business in the process of handling complaints and issue resolution
  • Performing variety of administrative duties as required and assigned by the team leader/Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Have completed TAFE qualifications or university degree; or one to two years’ related experience in Customer Service/Administration
  • Knowledge or prior working experience with IT hardware products or brands would be advantageous
