Business Development Manager - Microsoft Cloud - VIC

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Microsoft Business Development Manager.


About the role:

As the Microsoft Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the day to day support of the Microsoft Azure strategy and direction, whilst working closely with distributor account teams to drive sales.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • To initiate new business in the market
  • To build and maintain effective relationships with key accounts through effective account management tools
  • To provide ongoing support in all aspects of customer training
  • To present to senior management and win new business
  • To provide monthly reports to the team on the development of the market
  • Support and represent the business/team at events and trade shows


Skills and Experience:

  • Obtain relevant Microsoft Certification - MS-900, AZ-900
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role with another distributor, vendor or reseller
  • Demonstrate previous experience or general knowledge of licensing and Cloud services
  • Confident sales ability and is able to build effective business relationships.
  • Exhibit effective time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate ability to identify customer requirements
  • A team player with a willingness to contribute to team goals
  • A current drivers license and own vehicle is essential
